Once you have everything shut down then try to install again. Even if you are finding the problem then check the CD first. Just ensure that the software CD is perfect and is functioning properly. Just give it a very fine look and if it has a scratch or some damage mark on it then just throw or replace it.

There is another method to setup your computer programs i.e. using safe mode. Just press the F8 key when you start your windows. You can also copy the CD to your hard disc and can run the install from set up. Try to run the install from your hard drive in safe mode and see if things work.

If you are still getting the problem you can just check the manufacturer details on the CD or can visit to the manufacturer’s site. Just get in touch with them over phone or can mail them at their e-mail address.
